Who decides whether I can invest?

Drake reviews every subscription and assesses suitability. Tawakkul does not, and may not.

Drake Financial Ltd. is a registered exempt market dealer. Every subscription is received, reviewed and approved by Drake — not by Tawakkul.

This distinction matters more than it sounds. Ahmed Asset Management Inc. is not registered. It manages the fund; it does not advise on it, does not assess whether the investment suits you, and cannot approve a subscription. When you complete the application on this platform, the file goes to a dealing representative or, for subscriptions of $1,000 and under, directly to Drake's Chief Compliance Officer.

What a registrant owes you is a real obligation: to know you, to know the product, and to determine that the investment is suitable for you before accepting the order. If Drake concludes it is not suitable, the subscription does not proceed — and that outcome is the system working, not failing.

It is also why the platform's own staff console withholds income, net worth and financial assets from every unlicensed Tawakkul user. Seeing that information is part of a suitability determination, and a suitability determination is a registrant's job.
