Investment scams work by borrowing a name people already trust. Ours is a name worth borrowing, so here is everything you need to confirm that what you are looking at is genuinely Tawakkul — and the things we will never do, whatever a message says.
What is actually ours
Our websitetawakkulfund.ca and ahmed.group, and nothing else. If the address is not one of those two, it is not us — however similar it looks, and whatever it has copied.
Our telephone number905 949 9119. One number. Anyone calling from another number claiming to be Tawakkul should be checked by ringing this one back.
Our emailAddresses ending @ahmed.group. A message from a free email account is not from us, no matter whose name is on it.
Who is allowed to sell thisDrake Financial Ltd., a registered exempt market dealer. Nobody else may accept a subscription for these units — not us, and not an introducer.
Who your money is payable toTawakkul Real Estate Investment Trust — an account in the Trust’s own name, whose sole trustee is TSX Trust Company. Never to Ahmed Asset Management, never to an individual, and never to this platform.

Not once, not for a special case, not for a limited time. If any of these happens, it is not us — stop, and telephone 905 949 9119.
Ask you to send money to a personEvery subscription is payable to the Trust and held by the trustee. Nobody at Tawakkul can accept money into a personal account, a company account, or a cryptocurrency wallet — we are deliberately not registered to hold client money at all.
Promise you a returnWe are not permitted to, and we do not. A message quoting a guaranteed or target return did not come from us. You can lose your entire investment here, and every page on this site says so.
Rush youThere is no closing date, no last chance and no allocation running out. Subscriptions take effect at the end of each month, every month. Anyone applying time pressure is not working for us.
Take a subscription over a messaging appNo WhatsApp group, no Telegram channel and no direct message can complete an investment. Every subscription goes through the dealer's process, on the dealer's forms, with documents you sign.
Ask for a password or a one-time codeNot for your account here, not for your bank, not for a registered plan. Nobody legitimate ever needs a code that was sent to you.
Charge you a fee to release your moneyThere is no release fee, no unlocking fee and no tax to pay before a redemption. If someone asks for money before you can get money out, it is a scam and the money already sent is what they are protecting.

If you think you have been contacted by someone using our name. Please telephone us on 905 949 9119 or write to contact@ahmed.group, and keep whatever you received — the address, the message, the account details. It helps us and it helps the next person. If you have already sent money, report it to your bank immediately and to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and if it concerned an investment, to the Ontario Securities Commission on 1-877-785-1555.
Someone showed me a website that looks like yours. How do I tell?
Look only at the web address, not at the design — a copied design proves nothing and takes an afternoon. Ours is tawakkulfund.ca or ahmed.group. Anything else, whatever it contains, is not ours.
Is there a Tawakkul app?
No. There is no mobile application, no trading app and no wallet. This website is the only place a subscription can be started, and it is finished by a registered dealer.
Do you have investment groups on WhatsApp or Telegram?
No. We answer questions on WhatsApp at the number above, and that is the whole of it. We run no signal groups, no tipping channels and no discussion groups where investments are arranged.
Can I check that a person actually works for you?
Yes, and please do. Ring the number on this page and ask. We would far rather answer that question a hundred times than have one person lose money because they felt awkward asking.
Why publish this at all?
Because a name that people trust is worth stealing, and the honest response is to make it easy to check rather than to hope nobody tries. The list above is the same list we would want if it were our own family being contacted.
