TTawakkul
Every subscription is reviewed and approved by Drake Financial Ltd., a registered exempt market dealer — independently of Tawakkul. Why that matters

How it works

From first question to funded units.

The whole process is built around one idea: ask you only what your circumstances require, and tell you the truth about what happens next.

1
Four questions

About thirty seconds. They tell us which rules apply to you, so we only ask what your circumstances require.

2
Your details, once

Everything you tell us fills both your dealer's forms and your subscription agreement. You never answer the same question twice.

3
Read and sign

The full Offering Memorandum, the agreement and the risk form — in your own time, on your phone, with your place kept.

4
Send your funds

Into a bank account held in the Trust’s own name, with a reference code that matches your payment to your file automatically.

What you should know before you start

Subscriptions take effect once a month
Your subscription becomes effective on the last business day of the month, and units are issued at the net asset value struck that day. To be included, your completed file and your funds must both reach us by 4:00pm Eastern at least three business days before. We show you both dates before you sign, and again afterwards.
You cannot know your unit count when you subscribe
Units are priced at net asset value, calculated after you sign and fund. So we never show an estimated number of units — it would be invented. You commit an amount, and we send a confirmation with the exact figure on the day units are issued.
You have two business days to change your mind
All proceeds are held in trust until midnight on the second business day after you sign. Cancel within that window, for any reason, and your full amount comes back without interest or deduction. There is no form and no retention conversation.
Your dealer decides, not us
Drake Financial Ltd., a registered exempt market dealer, reviews every file and makes the decision. This platform collects and assembles — it does not assess suitability and it never approves anything.
Small subscriptions take a shorter route
A subscription of $1,000 or less reaches the dealer's compliance officer as a complete file for a single review, with no dealing representative step. The shorter route removes a queue, not a rule — every check still runs.

What it costs

Management fee
1.25% of the net asset value of your series.
Selling commission
Up to 5% of subscription proceeds, payable by the Trust rather than deducted from your subscription.
Early redemption
If you redeem within the first year the amount you receive is reduced by 6%, then 5.5%, 5%, 4% and 3% in the following years, and nothing after five years.
Other fees
Development, property management, acquisition and guarantee fees are charged within the structure. All of them are set out in the Offering Memorandum, which you read in full before signing.
