Every subscription is reviewed and approved by Drake Financial Ltd., a registered exempt market dealer — independently of Tawakkul. Why that matters
Tawakkul Private Wealth
Above $100,000, you should not be filling in a form.
Every investor holds the same units on the same terms — the minimum is $500 and it stays $500, because who this is for was a deliberate decision. What changes at six figures, or when you subscribe through a corporation, a family trust or a foundation, is the paperwork and the tax questions. Those deserve a person, not a form.

One point of contact, permanentlyNot a queue, not a shared inbox, and not a different person each time.
What this is not. Private Wealth is a level of service, not a different investment and not a better price. The units, the fees, the risks and the redemption terms are identical to those of any other investor in the same series. Nothing here alters your dealer's obligation to assess whether an investment suits you, or their right to decline.
Private Wealth enquiries
Speak to someone first.
Tell us roughly what you are considering. This goes to a named dealing representative at Drake Financial, not to a queue — usually within one business day.
Investing on behalf of a foundation, endowment, waqf or an institution with its own diligence process? That has its own page. Holding units outside a registered plan, personally or through a corporation? How that works.
Questions
Is there a minimum for Private Wealth?
It is a service level rather than a product, so there is no hard threshold. As a rule of thumb, above $100,000, or any subscription through a corporation, trust or partnership, is better handled this way.
Do accredited investors have to use it?
No. You are welcome to complete the standard flow. But an accredited investor has no annual limit and typically more complex circumstances, and the form was not designed for that.
Can my own adviser be involved?
Yes. If you have a portfolio manager, investment dealer or accountant, we work alongside them. Suitability advice above $30,000 can come from your registrant rather than ours.
What about corporations and foundations?
Non-individuals subscribe under a different exemption with a minimum of $150,000 and no annual ceiling. Different certificates apply, and this is exactly the path that benefits from being handled by a person.
